XMAS SHIPPING

With an influx of orders, we have had to cut off our Guaranteed delivery before Christmas as we can no longer feel confident in all products arriving before then. This does not mean that you will not receive an item before Christmas if placed after 25th November, it just depends on the stock on hand at the time.

Please remember that we are a 2-person team and everything is handcrafted from scratch and we thank you for your support during the holiday season.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
Due to rising cost of shipping (Auspost rise July 1st) and materials used to pack we have decided to introduce and tiered shipping system. 

 

All our products are packed with care and sent with the most cost-effective delivery service. 

We work hard to dispatch orders promptly, between 3-6 weeks. Larger and heavier deliveries take longer.  All our parcels and orders are delivered by Australia Post.

We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses.  We will contact you beforehand.  These are usually for remote deliveries and Northern Territory, Far North Qld, WA and Tasmania, where one or more couriers are needed to reach the destination.

Please note that some items incur surcharges due to size or weight. All surcharges will be calculated before shipping and you will be informed of these as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for postage costs for returning any items unless item is faulty.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping for additional cost with Australian Post International.

Please note as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

DAMAGES

Please email us at studioaustralia1990@gmail.com to report any damages. We take great care to pack all items protectively. Please keep all original packaging materials as they may be needed for claims.

RETURNS

Our policy is 14 days since your delivery, after this we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns and refunds are not granted based on change of mind or dislike of colours/design. Our products are handcrafted and thus they may not look exactly like the photos.

Feel free to request photos before an item is sent if you want to guarantee satisfaction.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs. You will be responsible for safely returning any items, in original packing, or else a refund may not be granted.
